Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting (business meeting ) of The United Ostomy Association of Canada Inc. is held each year. It is attended by the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of UOAC, and by a delegate or alternate delegate of each member chapter of UOAC. Chapters which are not able to be represented by a delegate may be represented by a proxy.
Requirement to hold AGM – UOAC Bylaws - Article 26: The Annual General Meeting shall be held at a time and place
to be determined by the Board of Directors.
