Regional Meetings
At the 2008 Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Hamilton, Ontario the Board of Directors recommended that our conferences are held bi-annually on the even years beginning in 2010. Industry Representatives sent a formal letter dated September 2007 confirming their support of biannual conference and that they will make a financial contribution when there is no conference equivalent to the investment they require to participate in our annual conferences each year. This contribution is to be used to advocate on behalf of our members and to hold regional educational meetings. This recommendation was unanimously approved.

Provincial Conference for Ostomates in Quebec.
The Provincial Ostomy Conference will be held in Quebec on the 2nd and 3rd of October
2009. The address is Manoir Victoria, situated at 44 Côte du Palais in Quebec. We will be
in Old Quebec City so, everything will be in French.
We will also underline the Ostomy Worldwide Day for Ostomates on the 3rd of October
2009.
