World Ostomy Day - Chapter Activities
There are so many ways to show how we can celebrate World Ostomy Day. Activities like a Walk in the Park, picnic, Bowlathon, doing education sessions with other health care professionals in the hospitals, clinics, doctor offices or even in a mall. Do public gatherings inviting prominent personalities in your community. Do a public media interview by radio or television to name a few.As the WOD CHAIR, we still have time to organize get involve and participate to show to the WORLD that we can do it CANADA !!!!
On behalf of the UOAC and as the National Chair of the WOD, I would like to say thank you to all who supports and continue to do so in promoting WOD 2009. Hope everyone will have a good time and make October 3, 2009 a memorable day " REACHING OUT to EACH OTHER ".
