This quality full-colour publication is the sole Canadian magazine dedicated to the interests of persons with ostomies, their families, friends and caregivers. It is published twice per year and is sent to all members of chapters affiliated with UOAC, as well as to national and corporate members of UOAC, member countries of the International Ostomy Association and advertisers.

Content is only as good as the submissions received. Without submissions, there is no magazine.
