Minutes of the Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting (business meeting ) of The United Ostomy
Association of Canada Inc. is held each year. It is attended by the Executive Committee and
Board of Directors of UOAC, and by a delegate or alternate delegate of
each member chapter of UOAC. Chapters which are not able to be
represented by a delegate may be represented by a proxy. Minutes of the
Annual General Meeting are sent to the president of each member chapter
of UOAC. A member in good standing of a member chapter may request in
writing a copy of the minutes from the UOAC secretary.
