Are you passionate about helping improve lives of those who live with an ostomy? If so, please join Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario (RNAO)’s discussion on the development of the second edition of the new Best Practice Guideline on ostomy care and management.

*both focus groups will be held by teleconference
To determine a broad perspective for what the needs of nurses and/or members of the interprofessional team are related to ostomy care and management
To explore the potential scope of the new guideline
To explore important patient outcomes relevant to ostomy care and management
Who should attend?
- Nurses (e.g. RN, RPN, NP, Enterostomal Therapy Nurses) and other health-care providers (e.g. social workers, dietitians) from all sectors who provide care for clients with an ostomy
- PhD prepared RNs with a focus on ostomy care
- Persons living with an ostomy
- Caregivers of a person living with an ostomy
