Question:

Is there a time limit to get a reversal?

Response:

Depending on your medical history there might be a time limit but, in most cases, there is no time limit set to have a reversal.
The condition of the bowel, any complications, body’s healing ability, past medical history, reason for having a temporary ileostomy, the body’s ability to have surgery safely are all looked at to determine minimal amount of time needed for a reversal.
In most cases, recouperation after a reversal is a shorter period of time than having the initial surgery.
