Each year (public health rules govern) Ostomy Canada Society staff and a team of professional and dedicated volunteers provide a welcoming and transformational experience for up to 40 children and youth to attend the Easter Seals Camp Horizon, Bragg Creek, Alberta (southwest of Calgary). A five day fun-filled camp experience held in July at Easter Seals Camp Horizon near Bragg Creek, Alberta. Camp Horizon is a wonderful, all-accessible facility. In our week, volunteers and medical professionals who are mentors and experts in ostomy care oversee your children’s fun and well-being.
Easter Seals Camp Horizon provides individuals with disabilities and medical conditions with life-changing outdoor camp experiences. Camp offers a unique opportunity for campers to build self-esteem and self-care.
