Victoria Ostomy Support Group

The Victoria Ostomy Peer Support Group offers a friendly, welcoming environment where people living with an ostomy, along with their families and caregivers, can connect with others who share similar experiences. Through peer support, education, and open conversation, the group provides encouragement, practical tips, and a sense of community for anyone navigating life with an ostomy.

We meet on the first Monday of every month (except July, August, and December) in the board room on the second floor of Quality Foods on Helmcken Road in Victoria, BC. Whether you’re newly adjusting to life with an ostomy or have been living with one for many years, you’re always welcome to join us.
