Camp 2024 Final NSWOC Application

The NSWOC Application Form must be completed and submitted to the Ostomy Canada Camp Administrators by email at: [email protected] and [email protected] no later than March 15, 2024.

Successful applicants must provide a current ‘Vulnerable Sector’ Criminal background check in the province of residence and submitted to the Camp Administrators no later than May 1, 2024. A completed criminal check is a condition of this position, should you be unable to meet this requirement in the time frame outlined above it will result in your position being given to another applicant.

Are you a member of Ostomy Canada Society or one of its member Chapters/Peer Support Groups?
Are you in good health and physically able to fully participate in all camp activities?

The 2024 fees are $1250.00 per camper which does not include flights.
